THE Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued against William Smart and Henry Smart, both late of the Parish of Billingshurst in the County of Sussex, Timber-merchants and Copartners, intend to meet on the 18th Day of September instant, at Ten o'Clock in the Forenoon, at the Sign of the Green Man, on Jolesfield Common, in the Parish of West Grinsted, in the said County of Sussex, in order to make a Final Divendend of the Estate and Effects of the said Bankrupts ; when and where, the creditors who have not already proved their Debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, or they will be excluded the Benefit of the said Dividend. And all Claims not then proved will be disallowed.
