THE Assignees of Edward Hall, formerly of Hastings in Sussex, late of the Parish of St. Catharine near the Tower of London, Mariner, (lately discharged out of the King's Bench Prison in the County of Surry, as a Fugitive for Debt beyond the Seas on the first Day of January 1755, by Virtue of the late Act of Parliament for Relief of Insolvent Debtors) hereby give Notice that they intend to divide the Estate and Effects of the said Edward Hall, amongst such of his Creditors as shall, within one Month after the Publication hereof, produce to Mr. Cranston, of Johnson's Court, Fleet street, London, (Attorney for the said Assignees) an Affidavit made before one or more Justices of the Peace, proving his or her Debt due from the said Edward Hall, pursuant to the said late Act of Parliament.
