Whereas in the several Gazettes of Saturday the 7th, Tuesday the 10th, and Saturday the 14th Instant, it was incerted by Mistake that John Beale, (instead of James Beale) formerly of St. Peter's the Great, in the City of Chichester, in the County of Sussex, and late of the Island of Guernsey, Mariner, being a Fugitive for Debt, and beyond the Seas on or before the First Day of January 1755, having surrendred himself to the Keeper of his Majesty's Goal at Horsham in the County of Sussex, gave Notice that he intended to take the Benefit of the late Act of Parliament made in the 28th Year of the Reign of his present Majesty King George the Second, intituled, An Act for Relief of Insolvent Debtors, at the next General or Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be held for the said County of Sussex, or at the Adjournment thereof, which should first happen next after Thirty Days from the first Publication thereof: And whereas the said Name of John was so inserted by Mistake, instead of the Name James ; Now he the said James Beale doth hereby give Notice, that he intends to take the Benefit of the said Act at the said next General or Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be held for the said County of Sussex, or at the Adjournment thereof, pursuant to the Notices given as aforesaid.
