TO be peremptorialy sold, pursuant to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, before Peter Holford, Esq; one of the Masters of the said Court, at his Chambers in Symond's Inn Chancery Lane, London, on Thursday the 9th of November next, between Five and Seven int he Afternoon, The Freehold Estate late of Philip Packer, Esq; deceased, situate at Groombridge and Speldhurst, and at Wythyham, Rothertleld and Frant in the Counties of Kent and Sussex, of the yearly Value of 108 l. and upwards ; also about 177 Acres of Wood Land, valued at 800 l. and Timber thereon valued at 3000 l. , and upwards, subject to an Outgoing of 12 l. 15 s. a Year to the Minister for Officiating in the Chappel of Groombridge.
