TO be sold, pursuant to a Decree in the High Court of Chancery, before Robert Holford; Esq; one of the Masters of the said Court, several Estates of Sir James Lumley, Bart, in the Counties of Essex, Kent, and Sussex, and in the City of London, as follows, viz. the great Tythes of Great Bardfeild, and several Farms in Great Bardfeild, Bardfeild, Sateing, Finchingfeild, Shalford, and Hempsted, in Essex, of the yearly value of 874l. and the Mannor of Westhouse, and three Farms in Great and Little Bersted, in Essex, Tythe-Free, of the yearly Value of 175 l. and Lands in Lydd and Old Rumney, in Rumney Marsh in Kent, of the yearly Value of 181 l. Lands in Hailshaam, Westham, and Pevensy in Sussex, of the yearly Value of 189 l. 10 s. and a House in Fleet-street, Lett by Lease at 64 1.
