No. 32, 603. Pursuant to the Act for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors in England. THE COURT FOR RELIEF OF INSOLVENTDEBTORS, On the 24th day of February 1832. UPON the filing of the Petition and Schedule of WILLIAM CARTER, (sued as William Carter, Esquire, ) formerly of Compigne, then of Saint Cloud, both in the Kingdom of France, then of Stratford Place, Oxford Street, then, of Bryanstone Square, both in Middlesex, then of Worthing, Sussex, then of Mallbrook Redbridge, Hants, then of Charles Street, Saint James's, Middlesex, then of Athol Place, Edinburgh, Scotland, then of New Millman Street, Foundling Hospital, then of Stanmore, then of Woburn Place, Russell Square, all in Middlesex, then of Havre, then of Honfleur, both in the Kingdom of France, and late of 35, Orford Street, Chelsea, Middlesex, Gentleman, a Prisoner in the King's Bench Prison, in the County of Surrey. It is ORDERED and APPOINTED, that the matters of the said petition and schedule shall be heard by the Court at the Court-House in Portugal Street, Lincoln's-Inn-Fields, on the thirty-first day of March next, at the hour of TEN in the Morning precisely: of which all Creditors, and Persons claiming to be Creditors of the said Insolvent, for the Sum of Five Pounds or more, shall have notice, by Service of a Copy of this Order, made within such time and in such manner as is prescribed by the Rule of Court in that behalf. If any Creditor intends to oppose the said Prisoner's discharge, notice of such intention must he given by entry thereof in the proper page and column of the book kept for that purpose at the Office of the Court, between the hours of Ten in the forenoon and Four in the afternoon, three clear days before the day of hearing above-mentioned, exclusive of Sunday, and exclusive both of the days of entering such notice, and of the said day of hearing:— Notice to produce at the hearing any books or papers filed with the schedule must be given to the Officer having the custody thereof, within the same hours, on any day previous to the said day of hearing. N. B. Entrance to the Office in Portugal Street. 2. The Petition and Schedule, and all books, papers, and writings, filed therewith, will be produced by the proper Officer, for inspection and examination, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, until the last day for entering opposition inclusive, on this notice being exhibited:— and copies of the petition and schedule, or such part thereof as shall be required, will be provided by the proper Officer, according to the Act 7. Geo. 4, c. 57, sec. 76. 3. Opposition at the hearing can only be made by the Creditor in person, or by counsel appearing for him.
