Style: Decorated of stone with bell turret at east end (which was removed in the later years of the church's existence).

Current use: Demolished.

Notes:

The church was intended to commemorate the Rev. Churchill Cook, son of Mrs Maria Cook of Charlotte Street, who provided the endowment. Much of the cost was borne by Rev. H. M . Wagner and the first incumbent, A, Cooper.
The interior was distinguished by the use of coloured marble, especially for the capitals of the arcade, which were richly carved depicting ferns, lilies, ivy etc. The carving was executed by the London firm Farmer & Brimby.
