WE, The Ecclesiastical Commissioners for England, in consideration of the Benefaction which has been duly secured in favour of each of the Benefices whereof the names and the names of the Counties and Dioceses wherein the same are respectively situate are stated in the first three columns of the Schedule hereto, which Benefaction is described in the fourth column of the said Schedule opposite to the name of the Benefice, do hereby, in pursuance of the Act of the twenty-ninth and thirtieth years of Her late Majesty Queen Victoria, chapter one hundred and eleven, section five, Grant out of our Common Fund to the Incumbent of the Benefice and appropriate for the Benefit of such Incumbent and his successors Incumbents of the same Benefice to meet such Benefaction the capital sum the amount of which is stated in the fifth column of the said Schedule opposite to the name of the Benefice such capital sum to be applicable for the purpose stated in the sixth column of the said Schedule opposite to the name of the Benefice, and such capital sum, or the balance thereof unapplied to such purpose, to remain in the meantime in our hands at interest after the rate of three pounds per centum per annum, commencing from the date stated the seventh column of the said Schedule opposite to the name of the Benefice and such interest to be paid to the Incumbent for the time being of the Benefice. Provided that this Instrument which is intended to be executed in several parts (one part for each Diocese concerned) shall only operate as one single Grant in favour of each of the Benefices mentioned in the said Schedule.
