A Building, duly certified for religious worship, named ST. MARY MAGDALENE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, situated at east side of Sea-road, Bexhill, in the civil parish of Bexhill, in the county of East Sussex, in Battle registration district, was, on the 15th May, 1909, registered for solemnizing marriages therein, pursuant to 6th and 7th Wm. IV, c. 85, and 7th Will. IV and 1st Vict., c. 22, sec. 35, being substituted for the Building named St. Mary Magdalene Roman Catholic Church, situated at east side of Sea-road, now disused.

Dated the 17th May, 1909.
