Solomon is buried in the Minturno Cemetery ITALY

Minturno is 78 kilometres north of Naples close to the coast. The cemetery contains 2,049 Second World War burials mainly of the heavy casualties incurred by crossing the river Garingliano in January 1944. The river was breached on 17 January and the town of Minturno successfully taken from the Germans on 19 January. Solomon was killed in this offensive.
