Thomas was a Grocer.

Thomas is buried in the Cairo War Memorial Cemetery, EGYPT

The cemetery is approx. 5 kilometres from the centre of Cairo, sited within the Old Cairo cemetery & part of the British Protestant Cemetery. Cairo was the headquarters to the United Kingdom garrison in Egypt and became the main hospital for the action at Gallipoli in 1915.
